Versa Lite not syncing

In my troubleshooting being unable to sync my Versa with the app, and the time is 30 mins slower too. I unpaired it and now it won't reconnect at all.

I've restarted my Versa, restarted my phone, restarted Bluetooth, reinstalled the Fitbit app, my phone is all up to date and so is the fitbit app. 

 

I did a factory reset and now my watch is on the loading screen saying to start download the app and won't go away. 

 

I don't know what to do.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Versa watch. Let me know what is the mobile device that you are using to sync with your Fitbit app. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed in this article to resolve problems during set up? If you were able to set up your device again but you're still not able to sync, please make sure to follow all the steps listed here as well.
