Fitbit Versa Lite stopped syncing after charging

  • My fitbit versa lite was working just fine last Thursday.  I put my Fitbit on the charger overnight and now it won't sync with my app and bluetooth is not recognizing.  I have unpaired my phone with the original setting,  uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.  Nothing is working.  I'm frustrated.

Regarding the syncing issues that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists.
