Fitbit Versa Lite won't start up

As soon as you try and turn device on get blue fitbit logo and then shuts off.

Regarding the start up issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
