I recently purchased a Versa 2 and tried to track a run/bike. It never gave me accurate results of the map, looks like the GPS loose on the way. It tracks the kilometres of the run by fit bit, when I look at the map from the phone it's not completed. It drops after few meters of running. With cycling, it doesn't give any results (speed/distance/route) accurate so no use of the Fitbit Versa 2 for running. Kind of regretting about the purchase now 😞

Hi @thilak, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 looses GPS connection during your exercises. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out and follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the subject "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?". Finally, monitor your watch during the next workouts and see if the GPS feature works properly and provides accurate data.
