I just bought my versa lite a few days ago & it quit syncing and everything. I deleted the app with no luck so i factory reset my versa lite and now my phone shows its finding it but wont continue to connect it at all. My versa just keeps saying to download the app which I have done several times already....help?

I have my watch Versa for few months. For the last few days phone and the app can't synchronised and today I have notification on my watch saying Clock Error Go to fitbit mobile app and try another clock. I did that - it didn't work so I unpaired my watch and I'm not able to pair it back. I'm getting the code on my watch but can't pair it. I really hope you can sort this out soon

Since your Fitbit Versa is not syncing with your phone, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of your Fitbit account, restart your phone, open the app. Finally, try the setup process one more time as described in this help article.
