Versa display is not working

Hi, three weeks ago the screen stopped working. It doesn’t display anything. I noticed this behavior after charging it. It reacts to the buttons and syncs, so it still processing information but I can’t see what’s going on. The screen lights up but it’s black. I can get it to display sometimes if I tap it hard, but after it goes away then it’s just black again.

Hi, it still doesn't work. The screen lights up but nothing shows up unless
I tap the screen hard. The Fitbit still reacts to the buttons just fine but
I can't see what's going on.
