Fitbit Versa Lite won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Ever since the update I have been unable to receive text notifications. I have an iPhone. I’ve been trying to find a way to get the notifications to appear on my Fitbit. I ended up doing a reset on the Fitbit through the settings. My Fitbit has not turned back on. The screen is black and I have held the button down and it does not work. I use my Fitbit to get my steps in for work as well but the watch is completely unresponsive. I’m not sure what to do.

@Elephant216, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it stopped receiving text notifications and then became unresponsive. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please let me know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. If it doesn't even vibrate, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

When your watch comes back to life, please follow the workaround that is described in this help page in order to fix the notifications issue.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have had the same issue with my Versa since the last update as well.   I tried the reset and reboot options with no luck as well.

@Rauby525, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process in order to bring your Versa back to life.

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when charging it.

In the meantime, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in this help page. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Let me know how it goes.
