I got my Fitbit Versa Lite as a Christmas present. It worked fine at first. For the last few weeks, the touchscreen doesn't work at all. I've restarted it & it's updated as it should be, so I have no idea what the problem is now. What can I do? Fitbit is seriously disappointing me!

I have the same problem.
Mine also keeps restarting itself constantly throughout the day. Just now it was frozen for 20min on the fitbit logo and just woudln’t do anything.

I bought my Versa Lite in August. The last few weeks it has been harder to swipe the screen or shut off the alarm. It just won't respond. Today it won't swipe at all. I've restarted numerous times. Tried factory reset but it locked on a screen with a message to retry.
Update: I called customer support, went through an hour-plus with the Versa connected to my laptop and doing a whole new set up. After 15 minutes, it restarted the update but finally finished an hour later. Even though the screen was unlocked but it still took 8-15 swipes to move to the next screen. And sometimes it locked between screens. Fortunately, Fitbit IS replacing my Versa Lite that I bought 6 months ago on Amazon. Until it arrives, mine can still collect stats. I just can't use the other functions.
