Hello,
I have purchased a new Fitbit Versa and from the first day itself, I am facing issues getting notifications on my Fitbit. Inside the notifications tab in the Fitbit app, I am getting an error saying "Notification Service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". I have tried everything. I have reinstalled the app, restarted the tracker and all other things, but nothing helped. I am using a OnePlus 6T. Please help.

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app
2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher
3) Restart your OnePlus device

Mine just stopped doing notifications too. I got them all day long on the first day...and now nothing.
