Hello

My Fitbit Versa is not showing the update for OS 4. I am still stuck on an old OS 3 with syncing problems

Region-India

Customer care is useless as they are not able to answer to my Questions

Tried calling the customer care for the 5th still they act as if they can't hear me whereas my network is very good.
