Hi my Fitbit Versa screen just went black. It still tracks my activity and vibrants when I receive messages or phone calls. I tried to factory reset it but wont work.
Battery is fully charged
What do I do?

My screen was black too but when I took it off to charge it and in doing so swiped the screen and the menus screen is working just not my clock face screen. It’s just black. It is still tracking and it had a 63% charge still when I put it on the charger with the black screen.

FYI I changed my clock face and it’s fine now so maybe the clock face I had is just non existent anymore????
