Versa won't turn on

After an attempt to factory reset, my one year old Versa won’t switch on... it was bought in the US but I’m in India. Is there a service or a repair place for Fitbit in India?

@Devikak, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Hi! Yes the concerned people did communicate through emails. But it seems none of the solutions are helping for my Versa. Haven’t heard from them post that regarding what I should do next? Is buying a new device my only other option?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they took care of your case. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
