My Versa has consistently had an issue with getting behind time (up to 45 minutes)! Usually when I wake up I notice this issue, but during the day it will constantly get behind about 10-15 minutes, and I have to open the app and sync it for it to catch up to the proper time.
I did notice that my bluetooth will keep jumping between ‘connected’ and ‘not connected’ sometimes. I have an iPhone 8+.
Has anyone else had this extremely frustrating issue?
I’ve contacted support more than once with no answers.

Hi @RenSkywalker , are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself, restart your Versa, sync with your phone and the problem should be solved. Regards kuzibri
