Hello,
When I woke up today I realised that my Versa has stopped registering my touch or swipe.
It's sluggish and doesn't respond to anything except buttons.
I tried restarting and resetting to the factory settings multiple times but it hasn't changed the behaviour.
Not sure what to do now. My Versa is from 2018 and now out of warranty but reading so many users complaining about it on this forum, I believe there must be something done to it.
Please help.
Thanks,
Manni

The community questions listed tells a lot about this particular problem. It has happened before to a lot of people and so we are not the only ones. Some people got it working by doing a factory reset and for some a replacement was done. You will find YouTube videos about it. Means Fitbit knew about the problems but never tried to solve it. They let us chose the Versa and then wait for the time till it happened. If it's under warranty, replace it, if not they got away with this thing. And that's some inconsideration towards buyers.
I have been a long time Fitbit user. And I am one of those people who likes to stick to things, specially if it's not broken. Also I put a lot of effort into choosing something before I buy it so this one experience is going to change my decisions for buying fitbit ever again. To be very frank I don't care about the money, I am irritated that I didn't consider other products in competition and ended up buying a product that didn't last a year.
Bye Bye Fitbit!
