I exercise, my Fitbit is clearly tracking. I get awarded with fireworks saying I’ve done 10,000 steps. However this information is never there. I go on my watch - it says 0 steps. My app after being synced - 0 steps. This makes this whole thing very useless.
i do see I have an update but it will not let me update, just says “searching” indefinitely

Hi @Chrystaltrujill , in order to update your Versa, you need to put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. If you have done that, go to the Fitbit app on your Mobile Device and start the update. Word of advice: before starting the update and after having connected your Versa to your computer, go to the Fitbit app and to the WiFi settings and connect your Versa with the WiFi of your home network. Updating over WiFi is much faster than over BT, Erik

Hello Eric, I was able to get it to update but it did not resolve the issue sadly
