Hello...

I've already set up my Fitbit versa lite and factory reset it for some reasons.

After rhe reset while downloading it shows 101%.

I've tried with 5-6 android mobiles, it always shows "step 2 of 3 downloading 101%".

After sometime in mobile it says the same and in the watch it says " to start, download the fitbit app"

 

Please help me to find a solution for my problem.
