Hello,
I have a fitbit Versa that I bought not quite a year ago and I love it. My bf wanted one so I got him one for Valentine's Day. Just in the past 2 weeks, he has grown to really dislike it. The battery will not hold a charge. I have read the forums and have charged the battery fully, I have turned the device off and back on, I have fully reset the device back to factory settings, i have made sure everything that could be draining the battery is off. I have updated the device and the app on his phone. Still no luck. He can't even wear it a full 8 hour shift at work because the battery is dead, shuts the device off dead. I would like to replace his device with a new one, how would I go about doing that?
