This product is awful,
While I enjoyed it for the time that it worked- it was only good for a year. A year with no damage, no scratches, nothing. I even bought protective cases. It stopped working after a year- so they gave me a replaceable one for free- seems nice enough.
A year later, this watch is now broken. They refused to replace it again and instead offer a 15% off another FitBit watch- why would I bother buying another watch that is going to break in ONE YEAR?!
its a complete sham and horrible company.

@nitrebil, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa experienced battery issues. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this and we really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
