I purchased my fitbit versa last year the original versa suddenly began to display the fitbit logo and would not respond. I contacted fitbit with the issue the resolved the issue by send a replacement. I was thankful. However, 3months after receiving the replacement tracker the screen began to glitch and eventually went completely black and a red light stays on the back. When i contacted fitbit they informed me i could not get a replacement due to being out of warranty. While i understand this policy i am disappointed to know that this issue is common and fitbit would not consider replacing a faulty tracker that was just sent to me. I have been a fitbit supporter for years. I even convinced over 13 coworkers to purchase fitbit trackers to start a fitbit club at work. Given this new situation I am looking for other tracking devices. Please help with any suggestions. Or if you have trouble shooting ideas it would be great before i ditch Fitbit all together.

@Tau40 I'm sorry for the late response.
Regarding your Fitbit Versa, I'm sorry to hear that it's not responsive and it's not under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first set up of the original watch.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if more assistance is needed.
