About a week ago, I plugged my fitbit versa in to charge before bed. I forgot to unplug it and it was allowed to charge overnight. The next morning I took it off the charger as soon as I woke up, but I noticed that the screen began to glitch and lag. The watch still tacked steps, HR, etc, but it would vibrate and pause during my workouts without provocation. Shortly after, the screen went black and the watch died. Repeated attempts to charge and restart the watch have failed and I am unsure what to do at this point. The watch lasts less than 5 seconds off the charger amd the screen will not activate even while charging.

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.
