Fitbit Versa damage

My Fitbit versa (which is supposed to be swim proof) somehow has water damage and just stopped working. And the Fitbit company isn’t willing to do anything about it because ‘the warranty is over’. Be aware everyone: once the 1 year warranty is over they won’t help at all even if it’s obvious faulty product. This watch didn’t even last me a year and a half. Complete disappointment . Will no longer going to be using Fitbit services.

@Hevk welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped working. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.

I really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
