Fitbit Versa dead

After seeing green lines on my Versa - it has now stopped working completely.  Screen is blAnk and I can’t turn it on. Please help!!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Sorry - have tried this several times and still dead - any other suggestions?

Contact Fitbit help on twitter - I had really good outcome and they sorted it all out
