Fitbit Versa deleting daily progress when I sync

Over the past couple days, every time I sync my versa it removes my steps, distance and active minutes. I could accumulate 10k steps over my day, and it would all be deleted once I synced it. It seems to have happened after the latest update?

 

Has anyone else experienced this and fixed it? I have tried:

- Turning versa on and off

- Removing device pairing from app

- Reinstalling app

- Changing mobile data settings on app

My Versa keeps losing my steps as well. I lose anywhere from a couple hundred to a couple thousand. This too has been since I did an update recently. What is wrong with this? Is there a way to fix????

Same problem here too, and it started just within the last few days.

Is there a way to fix it? Reset to factory settings?

Just today, I twice watched steps be deleted while my Fitbit was syncing.  Very frustrating!

Found out today from Fitbit that there will be an update for the app in a
few days to correct this and possibly another update for the device shortly
after.
