Anyone having issues with battery charges after updating to the new iOS on their iPhone/iPad? Updated iOS yesterday and today when the battery showed about 80% and then turned off. Once it turned back on it was 20%. Then shut off again. Now it is trying to charge but won’t stay on when it’s worn. I have been trying the suggestions from moderators already said on other threads, so those standard replies won’t help. This was purchased in November of last year and should be under warranty.

I'm using iOS 13.1.3, and I've not noticed any increase in battery usage. However, to establish whether or not iOS is causing the battery drain on your watch, you could either switch off your phone's Bluetooth connectivity or, for that matter, your phone altogether. Needless to say, if the watch still won't hold it's charge, the fault lies somewhere else.
From the information you have given, it seems your watch is operational when connected to a USB power source. I suggest removing the watch from (all) your app(s) and then setting it up as a new device from within the Windows 10 app. A Bluetooth enabled laptop will do just nicely for the task.
If that doesn't work, I'd consider a chat with customer service or exchanging the watch.
