my versa stopped working over night..got it in June, tried reset last night but nothing, tried again this morning got big red exclamation mark briefly then nothing! help please.

@debbycm it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the your Fitbit the red exclamation mark that your Versa is showing, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting mentioned before contacting our forums.
