Fitbit Versa doesn't sync

Hi I have been using my Fitbit Versa for almost two years it just stopped syncing two days ago. I have found no help from Fitbit Support. 

 

I use a Huawei P20 Pro on Android version 9. Thanks

Thanks Steven, I have uninstalled the App, switched off the Versa and
forgot the Versa on Bluetooth, now I can't even add it back onto Bluetooth.

When trying to add a new device, I keep on getting a message that
Fitbit.com is down for maintenance and doesn't allow me to add device.

I have contacted Fitbit support to no avail 😭

Versa 2 does not sync. Tried all the restarts and reinstallations, got wifi and bluetooth on,  but keep getting message that Fitbit down for maintenance.  Is this correct, and for how long is it going to be down for, and will i lose data?

I have done all you mention and not getting any help from Fitbit Support
and I also get a message saying that Fitbit.com is done for maintenance,
