I recently started using my Fitbit again, I was excited it now had some 02 monitoring. The firmware seemed to be stuck on 32.33.1.30. I tried all the troubleshooting steps I could find, but had some issues with the guides. I wasn't able to find some of the options I was being told to check.
I eventually did a factory reset, and it updated to 32.70.8.0, where it's been for a day now. Do I just need to keep performing factory resets to force updating? I'm pretty frustrated.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
