My Fitbit has been playing up for the last couple of day and the battery life has been getting worse and worse.
the screen keeps freezing and coming up with the Fitbit logo and today it’s stopped completely and isn’t syncing properly with my phone, the clock isn’t working and I’ve charged the battery 3 times today. It’s less than a year old! Any ideas?

Hi, the only advice I can give you is to contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

@Charley29 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen freezes and got unresponsive lately even though you have charged it several times.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your Fitbit internally. After this, check out if your Versa gets back to life.
