Versa is unresponsive

My Fitbit Versa isn’t working since yesterday. There is a Fitbit symbol on my display what doesn’t disappear. Reset with the button on the watch is not working 😞 anyone has a solution? Please.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa displays the Fitbit symbol only. Thank you for taking the time to try the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround. Please let the Versa's battery to drain completely and then charge it for 2-3 hours and see if it doesn't get stuck on the Fitbit symbol display.
