Can't restart by holding left and bottom right button
Nothing happening on charging doc
Do I need to take back for new one? Only had for less than 2 months.

It seems pointless to contact them again. They have no interest in doing anything about it bc it is out of warranty. This is obviously a problem with the Versa's yet Fitbit does not seem to care.
