Sleep quality section is not working

The sleep quality section is not showing anything (0s for all), but you can see in the graph that I had many times awake and restless, what do I do?

Also I don’t see sleep stages anywhere?

@aubreinaa I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit forums.

 

Since the sleep quality section is not showing sleep stages and the graph only shows awake and restless info.

 

Please provide a screenshot of the quality section that is missing the sleep information. You can follow the steps listed in this post in order to learn how to add images to your posts.

 

In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed, if the app is up to date, make sure that you are following the steps described in this help page in order to track your sleep properly.
