Hi,
The 4th versa tracker is death.. I woke up this morning with a striped colored screen.. and now it is totally black with white lines..
this was my 3th replacement tracker since July 2018... The original tracker in november 2018 battery drained fast. Second one was te first replacement= again Fast battery draining in end of January 2019. (3th)The second replacement= End of February 2019= fast battery draining again and poof Green striped screen and death. So I received a 3th replacement end of March 2019, and now 11 months later AGAIN.. I’m really disappointed... I use now my old one the Alta HR 🙃...
Is there a another solution Fitbit? I have warranty until July 2020..

I have a Versa also and it has stopped charging. I got mine in October 2019 so mine is only 4 months old. I am not liking this fitbit.

I have encountered the same issue. This one was purchased Dec 2018. Had to get replaced because it decided it was not going to turn on after only a few months. Received the replacement May 2019. About a month ago I noticed it was not picking up heart rate, notifications weren’t syncing as well. Then after charging.. black screen. I have tried and tried and tried reset, charging again, reset, contacted support numerous times for them to tell me “you need to update”. Uhhh.. hello I can’t even get it on!!! After more than a week Of playing with it I got a solid blue screen. I was hopeful. It lasted a whole 30 sec. Once again support went through all the ways to fix (even the needs to be updated suggestion!!) Finally (weeks of correspondence) replacement mentioned. Then the last email was an apology for the previous support members misleading me with wrong info on warranty but since such a loyal customer.. 25% off?!?!? This makes me want to switch to Apple! I daily play with it still in hopes and today got a 0% battery pop up on screen and was ecstatic!! Just to be let down when as soon as I placed on charger it faded away to the dark screen of death again.
Is there a place to take for a person to try hands on to fix?

It’s in warranty, they give me 2 options.
