Fitbit Versa keeps Restarting

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Please help!  I’ve had my Versa for about 6 months. In the last week or so, it keeps restarting itself all the time and it’s getting worse. I’ve tried shutting it off and turning it back on and that didn’t help. Any other suggestions?

Hi JJL880

Nice troubleshooting! If not already tried, feel free to restart your Versa by the steps provided in the Fitbit Article: How do I restart my Fitbit Device?

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope it helps

My Fitbit continues to restart itself all day long. As a result the battery, doesn’t last long. When it is on, the touch controls on the screen don’t work. I’ve tried manually resetting it. Nothing else is new or different. I’ve had it for about 6 months and haven’t changed any settings since then. Please help!

Hi @AKoeppel

If turning off / on your tracker and restarting a few times doesn't do the trick, the Fitbit Support Team can be contacted.

It's up to Fitbit to decide regarding warranty.
