My fitbit keeps randomly turning off when it is fully charged. I've done a reset, and it works ok for a few hours then goes off again. I've also had that it is 0% battery life even when I've just finished charging it. Also the clock showed an error and doesn't always sync
This is really frustrating, can someone help? The fitbit is just over 1 year old 😞

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa turns off suddenly. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
