Hi all!
ive just received my Versa lite and it’s not syncing to my iPhone X, it’s saying it needs an update but it’s only getting to 6% update then failing! Has anyone else had this problem?

I’ve got the exact same problem, it’s brand new out of the box it gets to 5 or 6% then fails. I have tried to contact Fitbit support but I’ve had no reply I will let you know if the problem gets solved
