Just got a Versa lite for my birthday, brand new! However it won’t allow me to update it via the app. It has synced to my phone and the Fitbit app but whenever I try to update it in order for me to use my Fitbit it says there is an error. I have followed all the steps and I have a strong WiFi connection. Any tips?

I am having the exact same issue. I have tried EVERYTHING and cannot update my Versa Lite.
