I just got my versa lite a couple days ago and have charged it to the full battery multiple times, and the batter is still dying after a couple hours. Is there any way to fix this? I have no third-party apps but I want to keep all day sync on so I can look at my texts, but even if I turn that off the batter drains at the same rate. I have reset it twice now, once to get the update, and once to see if the battery will start working better. I charged it through the night and the battery still drains quicker than it should.

@mmunicorns A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your Versa lite battery draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue.
Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.
