I got my Fitbit for Christmas and have had it for a month and the touch screen is unresponsive. I tried to restart it but now it continues to restart. To try and fix it I removed it from my Fitbit account and then tried to reconnect it but when the code comes op the screen stays black. I have also tried the 8sec factory reset method and nothing changes. Im looking forward to getting some help for this issue.
