Versa not working

My Versa has died, is anyone else having this problem?

Yes.  Mine too has died.  I can see some icons but they don't activate nor can I sync.

Yes, my Versa battery was low Saturday middle of the night, so I put it on the charger.  Sunday morning I got up, expecting it to be 100%, but there was nothing.  It was dead and was hot to the touch.  I tried it on another charger this morning at work and got nothing either.  I can't push any buttons to turn it off or anything.  It's just DEAD.  😞

I checked with Tech support, they had me try the Left button, lower right button, hold for 12 + seconds for a restart,  it was a no-go.  Mine is officially deal, but they did give me some discounts towards a new fitbit.  Mine was out of warranty.  😞

Glad yours started working again.  I think mine is dead.  Need to bury it.  So I ordered a new one.  Be here in 2 days.  If only I can live without it that long.  Lol.  Thanks
