My Versa is not tracking my sleep. I tightened my strap and I cleaned my watch. It still is not tracking my sleep.

Please help. Thank you

Welcome to the Forums @Felicia2019.

Thanks for trying to clean the watch and tighten the strap! Let me help you figure out what is going on.

I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

There are some other possibilities besides the HR:

  • You are moving during your sleep. Perhaps it is very hot or cold, or something is causing you to move around.
  • You sleep with a fan or an open window. A draft of air hitting the Fitbit could cause the Fitbit to think that you are moving around.
  • Your HR is remaining high during your sleep. In this case it could be happening because of stress or even over-eating before going to sleep. Because the HR is used to determine if you are sleeping, along with movement, having a high HR would prevent sleep from being recognized.

Do you think any of those could be the cause for the sleep not being tracked? In addition to that, I'd like to ask when did this start happening or if it has been happening since you started using the Versa.

Let me know if there are any other questions on the matter.

having difficulties with my Fitbit.

My heart rate is not syncing
When I am in a challenge, my steps are not syncing properly
My sleep tracker does not break down my levels of sleep
