Not vibrating with text notifications

My versa vibrates for all notifications except when I receive messages but will vibrate when I send a message everything else seems to work and I am using a android

@LiliyaFitbit  so apparently I'm all good now, I did a online chat with a agent and theres more wrong so they are sending me a new versa but thanks for the response
