I went to sleep last night and my versa was half charged. I woke up this morning and the screen was black and I couldn’t get it to light up or reset. I plugged it in and it showed up as 0% battery on the screen. I left it there for an hour and a half and still no change. Any suggestions? ,

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Versa that is not charging or responding. If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article.
If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
