Fitbit Versa not charging or turning on

My Fitbit Versa died on Thursday while out and about, came home and put on charge. No vibrate, nothing on screen at all. Made sure charger and Fitbit was clean. Have left the Fitbit on charge for few days trying different plugs but no joy. Fitbit is not even 14 months old. Any advice please?

my Versa will not charge. I did not catch the battery need charging it went completely dead and when I put it on charge it will not charge.

I chatted with support and had my versa turned back on in less than a minute
