I bought my mother a Fitbit versa for her birthday in early May. Just a couple days ago it stopped charging so she brought it to me. I had found it was connected to the charger all the way. So I wrapped a hair tie around it so I knew it was stay connected to the charger. But I noticed when connects to the charger a blue light shines around the screens edge like it’s the back light or something. No logo or anything pops up. We have tried resetting and nothing... we have had it on the charger for 24 hours and still only get that blue light around the edges of the screen when connect it to the charger. Help?

Yes we have tried all the recommended solutions and still no logo just black screen with blue light around the edges
