My Versa is six months old. I charged it overnight and the battery died within 10 minutes of my wearing it. I’ve tried charging it all day and it charges to 100% and then dies a few minutes later. Can I replace the battery? Where in South Africa do I take it for repairs? Thanks.

@DebbieMWalton, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes even though you've charged it all day.
Please try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit watch. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it stays charged longer.
Regarding your questions, I'm afraid that the battery can't be replaced since it comes built-in. Also, we don't have a repair center. However, if the issue persists, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist you accordingly.
Keep me posted.
