Fitbit Versa not syncing my data properly

It's been so many times my FitBit Versa is not syncing and updating automatically from my phone, so I have done the normal rebooting by pressing all buttons and so on.  But now after the series of rebooting, I'm fed up because I always do it manually instead it will sync automatically, even the notification, tracking you after 10 minutes that you are running nothing happened all manual.  What I did now is to totally reset it to factory setting, and it takes my hours connecting to the tracker (at this point I'm typing my comment still connecting) What happened to your good service and operating system.  You we so good before.  Everything is not connecting from your dashboard app in laptop, mobile and watch (iPhone, MacBook)

In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know how the factory reset was performed.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest and see if the issue gets fixed.
