Versa went flat, wouldn’t restart when charged, app said 100%, managed to open versa screen when on charger then did reset, will only come on when on charger briefly but has message saying Data not cleared and to sync and Retry but app now won’t recognize watch... seems like it’s dead! Anyone able to help? I’ve also tried a brand new charger with no luck. Help!

Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions for you to try. In case the issue persists, reply to their email and the'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
