Hi,
I got my fitbit Versa Lite last year in September and a few days ago it started to do a black screen on and off. I restarted it and it seemed to be just fine. Then it started to show ''stribes'' in the screen and the colors went crazy. The touch started to not be working and now it's just a black screen that can't be turned on or anything.
I have tried to charge it more than one time and also restart it many times but it's all dead. What do I do in this situation? It's not working at all...

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
