Hi, I have had my Versa for a couple of years now without any issues. Two days ago i updates the fitbit app and since then i have been having issues where my fitbit won't stay connected via bluetooth. What can i do to fix this?
I have tried restarting it,
Turning off and on bluetooth,
Disconnecting device from bluetooth and fitbit app.
Setting up device again (This takes a long time to complete as it does not always pick up the device straight away.

@tammie172003 I hoped you would say Android because we could always roll back the version. I know it's a hassle and really we probably need an app update :|, but perhaps you could try this in the meantime:
If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. Also, make sure All day sync is enabled.

I've had my Fitbit Versa since last September and it's been awesome, but for some reason it stop tracking my sleep so I restarting the Versa, did a factory reset, (which installed the latest Firmware update) uninstall the app and reinstalled it, which by the way took hours to complete and it would sync for the first few hours, but then the time started slowing or not keeping up with the correct time and now it won't sync at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note8.
