My versa has not been syncing since the past 3 days. Its just constantly rotating on aimlessly on the app. If I click on premium it says that the server is down. Even the time is not getting updated on my watch. Its pointless of me wearing it if it's showing the wrong time

Regarding the syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their last email in case more assistance is needed.
